The creative director behind it has since released fragrances that capture facets of Eau Noire, without the polarizing parts. In fact it’s still available but only at Dior boutique or counter (at least in France) in the 250ml format (Vetiver, Leather Oud, Cuir Cannage, Milly la forêt, Patchouli Impérial, Granville, Mitzah. as well) It's been discontinued for several years now, I learned it from a Dior rep a couple years back. Companies don't normally announce a product is discontinued with much fanfare unfortunately. The best I can do is multiple internet sources.
