The correct way to fix that is bending the clasp so it's more 'straight' than curved. Hard to explain with words but the flip lock isn't the issue, it's the actual arc of the clasp. The clasp 'face' has too much outward pressure to allow the flip lock to seat properly.

When open, will the skinny blade part of the clasp blade, that is attached to the clasp itself, sit flush against the clasp and bracelet?
